How to integrate Twilio with Chronograf alerts?

Hi,

I want to trigger a phone call via Twilio when I get an alert. Below is an image of the HTTP POST request I need to make.

Can this be done directly in TICKscript using the Post event handler? If not, is there any way I can trigger a phone call on an alert?
