Generate InfluxDB configuration file?

Is there a way to generate a sample configuration file from influxd.exe for version 2.1 on Windows?

I saw instructions for version 1.8 in search results, but using influxd config .... does not work for version 2.1. Is there a a template configuration file to download?

I see reference in docs that says there should be a config.* file in the same directory as influxd, but it’s not there.

We really want to try the open source version before moving forward and a Windows server is all I have to work with so, before you ask, no, I can’t use Linux at the moment.

looks like it’s possible, but the command changed to influxd print-config that translates to something like .\influxd.exe print-config in windows
