I have an account at InfluxDB Cloud and today I tried to edit the contact information at the menu “billing” (see “enter contact information”)… but I failed to save the changes “Save contact information”. Although I wait for tens of minutes. I tried to do so several times, but still with same negative result.
Does anyone have a solution for that?

now I fixed the issue… when I created the account I was not forced to enter a “State(subdivision)”. When I tried to change the contact information (name and subname, because of a typing error) I don’t changed the empty field “State(subdivision)”. With that condition it was not possible to save the changes.
When I added some text to “State(subdivision)” it was possible to change the contact information.
