Dynamic max gauge in single stat is avaialble

Hi,I’m trying to create single stat panel with
either min max that come from variables,
either min/max that come from another database, meaning dynamic threshold.

If not for single stat, other panels are also welcome. Is there any feature like this?

Any word on how to do this? Seems odd to hard-code the gauge min/max/threshold.

I’ve tried template variables, but the UI won’t even accept the colon notation.
