Hello there 
I just joined and started the tutorial provided by the @discobot.
The first “normal” tutorial has no problem.
But if you start the “advanced tutorial” you can NEVER finish it

Since no one has the Licensed Badge I will assume no one ever started the “advanced tutorial” or no one finished it.

Found a solution.
You can skip a step in a tutorial when you reply skip.
