I see that I can collect Cloudwatch Metrics and push metrics to cloudwatch.
I see log parser plugins. I don’t see anything that might let me leverage my existing telegraf agent to push a raw log to Cloudwatch Logs (not metrics). Has anyone here done this or know if this can be done? I want to eliminate needing to run both a cloudwatch agent for collection of logs and telegraf if I can leverage the same agent for both.
Otherwise, if I’m only pushing to Cloudwatch right now, there isn’t a lot of gain yet for deploying Telegraf in the environment.
