Why do all the shards in my databases with 7d shard group duration have start times on Mondays at 00:00:00Z ? It doesn’t matter when I created them.
Is this configurable?
This is not configurable. Is there a particular problem this creates?
We deploy InfluxDBs via docker containers and can have hundreds of them on one server. Since they all switch shards at the same time, there seems to be a lot of compacting-related activity at that time.
