I have an old host from my telegraf. I would like to remove it in influxdb. How can I do that?

Do you mean you’d like to delete all of the data from an old host?
What version of InfluxDB are you using?
I’m assuming it’s a tag if so, you can use the CLI and follow this example:

Assuming you’re using OSS and a version that supports the delete command
