I am 2 days news to telegraf and influx.
Currently we are having Oracle based production database from where we get data with perl scripts and inserted into another Oracle based reporting database and run some scripts to get some graphical data using json objects via Google Charts.
We came across idea to adopt influx and change our current design.
This is what I think of so far, please help me with any inputs that can enhance our design. I believe I would have to use telegraf on this exercise, but I am unclear on what plugins to use to get data from Oracle.
