I am running last version on Ubuntu 16.04.
Everything was working normally, then I reboot my server and now influxdb is broken.
Influxdb used all cpu ressource and grafana isn’t able to fetch any data.

Try looking at /var/log/messages related to Influxdb. Generally influxdb is very verbose about the problems.
You were right!
There was an error regarding binding of graphite.
Kill that process, restart the service and bam.
