I am brand-new to InfluxDB and am having trouble getting to what I want.
I mainly want to use InfluxDB to keep a long-term record of the entries HA writes to its logfile/logbook.
It seems I need to find a “measurement type” (eg DegC, $, Hz etc) as the first step to finding any data - and I can’t find what measurement type it is. The only possibility seems to be state - but that doesn’t work.
What Measurement type would I find a logfile/logbook entry text in ?
