Formatting date with leading zeros

Hello
I need your help to transform my day, month, year fields into a date in yyyy-mm-dd format

At the moment, using the processor.template plugin, I get a date like: 2021-5-9 instead of 2021-05-09.

Would you know how to fix this problem?

You can use the date processor for this.

It allows you to specify the desired date format and should keep leading zeroes.
