Change the RETENTION Policy for InfluxDB

Hi,

If I change the default retention policy for the InfluxDB from:

show retention policies
name duration shardGroupDuration replicaN default
---- -------- ------------------ -------- -------
autogen 0s 168h0m0s 1 true

to: 1 month, 2 months is ok?

I must have some pre-requisites or some recommendations?
