# When migrating grafana dashboards - how to export/import data history

We have some new dashboards created in one environment and need to migrate them to another. Is there a way to capture the data history (not version history) and import it with the dashboard. Exporting/importing the JSON was easy. But is there a way to capture the 3 weeks of history that the dashboard has and export/import it also?
