# Unable to connect

my one telegraf agent is not able to connect with influxdb  
Telegraf version : Telegraf 1.11.1 (git: HEAD [f91de60](https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/commit/f91de60d370c40e412315a1bb28cc13a1917f795))  
OS version : Windows server 2012 R2 standard
