# TICKScript not alerting

Hey everyone,

I created the following TICKScript based on the autogenerated on using Chronograf:

```auto
stream
    |from()
        .database('telegraf')
        .retentionPolicy('autogen')
        .measurement('ardu_terra_hot_side')
    |eval(lambda: "value")
        .as('value')
    |alert()
        .crit(lambda: "value" > 10)
        .message('{{index .Tags "who"}}s Terrarium ist zu kalt ({{index .Fields "value"}} °C). Arduino möglicherweise defekt!')
        .id('Too hot')
        .idTag('alertID')
        .levelTag('level')
        .messageField('message')
        .durationField('duration')
        .stateChangesOnly()
        .email()
        .to('xxx@xxxx')
        .telegram()
        .chatId('xxxx')
        .parseMode('Markdown')

```

Sadly the script doesn’t alert when the value is above the threshold.

Can someone help me?
