# Not able to load the data from txt file into influxdb

I am trying to load the data into influxdb from txt file using. I am following the instructions from [Getting Started: Writing Data to InfluxDB | InfluxData](https://www.influxdata.com/blog/getting-started-writing-data-to-influxdb/)  
2. Importing directly into InfluxDB

But its failing. Am I doing anything wrong ?

Hello @aditya,

I just noticed that I forgot to make changes to that repo. Thanks for the reminder! The timestamps have an extra 0. I have fixed import.txt. Here is the link to the [corrected txt file](https://github.com/Anaisdg/GettingStarted_WritingPoints/tree/master/Data).
