Need Application Name that got restarted

Hi Team,
I am using below query which is giving value of application restart but not application pool/name which got restarted. Is there any query from which we can find out name of restarted application? If yes what needs to change in telegraf.conf file.

I am not sure where this is from. What telegraf plugin are you using? How are you getting this value?
