Moving From Local to Cloud Storage

I want to transferred the Data to InfluxDB Cloud.

All data’s collected and stored in local storage.
OS: Raspbian and Ubuntu
Data logging: python script

How to transfer this data to InfluxDB Cloud and real-time monitoring.
