How to see schema defination

Dear All

I am new to influxdb. Could you please help me in getting answer for this

  1. How to see schema definition of a table.
  2. Show Tags key shows only few columns as below

show tag keys
name: probes
tagKey

app
device
node
site

but select * from probes shows some thing like this
1578011452807694472 testingsmart 00E2E78CE5A58029 5 654796 659176 365524 394140 park.

I am not sure what value is mapped to which column. Is there any command to get this information.
