How to create a account and got any way can download the alarm/alert history?

Hi Morning,

  1. Actually i already have 1 user account i wanted create a account for view only can’t do any changer, so got any way that can i create?

  2. In the alarm history so far i did’t saw any function for download the history, is important for me got any way that can do it? or can do it on node-red for example.
