Getting account unsuspended?

Hi, it seems that my Influx Cloud 2.0 has been suspended, any ways of reopening it?

I haven’t responded to any of the sales mails and it appears that my account can no longer be accessed because of that. I responded to suspension e-mail saying that I’ve considered the e-mails spam (every account you create has some sort of auto-generated e-mail system, never thought that it was a real person), but I haven’t received a response.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Update: Account wasn’t suspended in the end, it was just the sales team person giving up on mailing me and my University about the enterprise offer. The account to Cloud version could be logged into again after some time.
