Error while trying to export Loadrunner raw results data to influx

I am trying to export load runner raw results data to Influx database using the following command “LrRawResultsExporter -source_dir <folder_path> -to_influx” but I am getting “Unhandled Exception: System.UnathorizedAccessException: InfluxDB needs authentication. Check uname, pwd parameters”. I highly appreciate any help or suggestions on this.
