Couldn't open sink

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade Influx from 1.8.4 to V 2. I am trying to run the upgrade command on Windows using java ProcessBuilder (I need a code based solution). But I get the following error:

Error: couldn’t open sink “G:/Logs/upgrade.log”: no sink found for scheme "g"

I’m not even sure that what I’m trying to do is possible.
